If you cruise the online fishing forums seeking information about fish finders, chances are, you’ve read that Lowrance has poor customer service (compared to other brands).
Navico, the parent company to Lowrance, Simrad Yachting, and B & G brands, has announced that it will be putting out a new customer service program. Navico, in the past few years, has introduced numerous marine electronics, and has decided to invest in a quality customer service program for its customers.
Hopefully this is a response for those Lowrance customers who have spent hours and headaches dealing with poor customer service and faulty products. It is great to see a company stand behind its products, and make sure the customer is receiving what they should be.

My name is Brad Bolton, a husband and father of four. I live in Minnesota and I enjoy spending time in the outdoors and also spending time with my family. If there is water nearby, I want to fish it.
